If you love watching all the different styles of ballroom dancing on DWTS, and you want to give it a try here's your chance! Check out Dance Republic in Allston and sign up for classes today.  This Thursday catch back to back beginner classes in the cha cha and the salsa! Celtics Dancers new reality show!

Dancers in the Boston area have a number of amazing dance opportunities bewteen the Boston Ballet, the New England Patriots Cheerleaders, the great Boston shows, and the Celtics Dancers.  The latest reality show based in Boston follows the audition process of the Boston Celtics Dancers.  Airing on CSN, the show is already a hit.  Be sure to tune in to the next installment of the show, and get a behind the scenes look at the team.

Dance Spotlight: Emily Sasson

Emily Sasson started out traveling around New England as a hip hop choreographer, teacher, and master class instructor.  Now she's a member of the non-profit dance organization 7 dancers and sits on staff at Cherry Creek Dance in Denver, CO.  Sasson is a New England dancer living her dream, choreographing the hottestest dances to the best new hip-hop songs.  Check out one of her latest dances and let us know what you think of it! Armenian Dance Classes

While living in Boston, why not take advantage of the unique dance opportunites that our city offers?! Don't get me wrong, the usual ballet, tap, jazz, and hip-hop classes are great, but how about trying something new? Watertown, MA is just 15 minutes from the city, and its Armenian history is unbelievable! So take the time to explore Armenian dance classes offered at 'We Shall Dance Studio.'  Registration for the classes are in less than a month and classes last 3 months long.  Keep busy this winter with a different dance style, unique to the area.  Check out the studio's web page and sign up for Armenian classes this winter!

Try Something Different!

Last week I told you to check out dance classes at Life In Synergy, and I hope you did! They combine fun, popular dance moves with fitness techniques.  Later in the week, we're going to give you some more dance fitness and health tips, but first things first we need to tell you about another dance class! We'll give you all the info you need to know tomorrow about a different way to dance! While in Boston area, take advantage of the history around you!
